It can connect with roller conveyors, chain conveyors, or chain plate systems to achieve automatic conveying, load detection, wrapping, and film clamping/cutting in a continuous workflow. It is ideal for modern factories with high production output and fast shipping cycles, supporting unmanned packaging processes.
Meeting the Needs of Intelligent Manufacturing
With the development of smart manufacturing, standalone wrapping machines are no longer sufficient for continuous shipment demands. The inline wrapping machine integrates with upstream palletizers and downstream strapping or labeling systems, reducing manual handling and improving overall line efficiency. The machine automatically detects load height, executes preset wrapping programs, and conveys the wrapped pallet to the next station, ensuring a seamless packaging process.
Slewing Bearing Load Structure for Greater Stability
The machine uses a slewing bearing or reinforced chain-driven load system with a capacity up to 2000kg, suitable for heavy pallet loads. Standard turntable diameter is 2000mm with a roller effective width of 1300mm, accommodating 800–1200mm pallets. Gear or chain transmission ensures smooth operation for long-term continuous use.
Powered Pre-Stretch Film System
Equipped with a powered pre-stretch film carriage, the machine improves film utilization while maintaining wrapping strength. The film delivery and lifting systems operate independently, with variable frequency speed control and dual-chain lifting columns to ensure stable and reliable performance.
Automatic Film Clamp and Cut for Unmanned Operation
The inline pallet wrapper can be equipped with an automatic film clamp and cut device that completes film holding, cutting, and wiping via pneumatic control without manual intervention. The PLC control system supports both automatic and manual modes. Wrapping layers and turns can be adjusted based on load requirements. Typical efficiency ranges from 10–30 pallets per hour, meeting most automated line demands.
