The rotary arm stretch wrapper is equipped with a powered pre-stretch film carriage. The pre-stretch ratio can reach a high level, reducing film usage while maintaining tight wrapping.
The automatic film feeding system adjusts film output according to wrapping speed, ensuring even film stretching and improved appearance. For high-volume production environments, this stable stretching system helps reduce material costs and maintain consistent packaging quality.
Automatic Film Clamping and Cutting Device
To meet automated production line requirements, the machine can be equipped with automatic film attachment and cutting units. After wrapping is completed, the system automatically clamps, cuts, and wipes the film tail without manual intervention.
Controlled by a PLC system, the machine can automatically detect load height and execute preset wrapping programs. After wrapping, pallets are automatically conveyed to the discharge position for forklift pickup, enabling unmanned continuous operation.
Optional Top Press Device
For lightweight or uneven pallet loads, an optional top press device can be installed to stabilize the load during wrapping. This feature is suitable for industries such as food, beverage, building materials, chemicals, and paper manufacturing, especially where high packaging stability is required.
