Designed for Continuous Wrapping of Long Products
The Horizontal Wrapping Machine is suitable for pipes, profiles, boards, bars, and other long products.
Using a rotating ring structure, packaging material spirally wraps around products moving forward at a constant speed. It is ideal for building materials, steel processing, and profile manufacturing industries.
Compared with pallet wrappers, the horizontal design is better suited for long products that cannot be wrapped vertically.
Ring Rotation Structure for Continuous Operation
The machine adopts a ring-type rotating arm structure. Packaging materials rotate around the moving product to form a uniform spiral wrapping pattern.
It accommodates product widths of 300–650mm and heights of 350–650mm (customizable).
Wrapping speed ranges from 19–57 revolutions per minute, making it suitable for continuous production lines.
Multiple Packaging Material Options
The machine supports stretch film, composite paper, nonwoven fabric, woven tape, and other materials.
A tension control system regulates material stretch to ensure tight adhesion and neat appearance while providing dustproof and moisture-proof protection.
Overlap ratio can be adjusted to improve packaging consistency for products with higher appearance requirements.
PLC Control for Fully Automated Operation
Equipped with a PLC control system and touch screen interface, parameters can be adjusted based on product specifications.
Photoelectric sensors automatically detect product position, enabling continuous automatic operation.
The film carriage resets automatically and supports automatic film cutting, enabling unattended wrapping processes.
Total power is approximately 3kW. Conveyor speed ranges from 6–12m/min and can be integrated with roller or belt conveyors to form a complete automated packaging system.
