The turntable rotates the roll 360°, while the film forms a tight outer layer that enhances appearance, dust resistance, and structural stability.
The machine supports rolls with:

Turntable diameter: 2000–3400 mm
Load capacity: up to 1500 kg (customizable)
Variable turntable speed (0–10/15 rpm) ensures compatibility with materials requiring different film tension.
A standard pneumatic top-eject system safely unloads finished rolls, reducing manual handling misalignment or core deformation. Optional modules include weighing, label printing, and protective ground plates to support information management and production-line integration.
