Based on a standard pallet wrapper, the top sheet wrapping machine uses the turntable to wrap the bottom and side surfaces. After detecting the pallet height, the top sheet mechanism stretches, feeds, and cuts the plastic film to complete the top sealing process. Compatible with pallet heights from 500–2000 mm, it is suitable for a wide variety of loads across food, chemical, building materials, and other industries.
The top sheet mechanism uses a lifting system to position the film roll above the load. Driven by a motorized roller, the film is smoothly transferred onto the top surface. The machine includes an automatic film-clamping and cutting unit, ensuring continuous cycles without manual intervention.
