In pallet packaging scenarios, some loads have excessive height, unstable centers of gravity, or structures unsuitable for turntable rotation. The cantilever stretch wrapping machine uses a stationary-load, rotating-arm structure, allowing the film carriage to travel around the load without moving the pallet itself. This ensures tight wrapping while controlling film consumption. Stable film tension during operation improves film adhesion, reducing wrinkles and loose layers. The cantilever stretch wrapping machines can be equipped with sensors to detect pallet height, enabling automatic positioning of the film carriage and reducing manual intervention. For applications requiring integration with conveyor systems, the machine can be provided with interface options to support pallet infeed and outfeed, meeting the needs of continuous warehousing and production environments.
