Coordinated top-sheet placement + side wrapping for full-coverage protection
Based on a standard pallet wrapper, the machine adds a top-sheet module. After detecting pallet height with a photoelectric sensor, the cover unit outputs and places the film sheet accurately on top of the load.
The process “feed film → place film → cut film → reset” is automatically completed by the film feeding rollers, film positioning device, and cutting module, with no manual intervention.
Combined with a pre-stretch film carriage, photoelectric height sensing, and adjustable turntable speed, the system forms a stable five-sided sealing structure, reducing moisture and dust exposure.
Adjustable parameters for multiple pallet sizes
The top-sheet wrapping machine is compatible with standard pallet sizes from 900 × 900 mm to 1200 × 1200 mm, with wrapping height from 500–2000 mm.
It is suitable for cartons, bags, raw materials, paper products, electronics, and other palletized loads.
