The top-sheet system is usually installed above the machine column. A mechanical arm deploys pre-cut film sheets and places them onto the top of the pallet. A photoelectric height-detection system identifies pallet height, and the covering arm lays the film flat across the load surface, automatically adapting to height differences between pallet corners to achieve better adhesion.
Top film provides isolation for the pallet surface, reducing dust infiltration and lowering the risk of moisture in humid environments. In outdoor transport or open-air staging areas, the top film creates a more complete protective barrier for the entire pallet.
Coordinated Workflow Between Side Wrapping and Top Covering
The side wrapping system uses a power pre-stretch film carriage combined with a rotating mechanism. By configuring wrapping layers, tension, and reinforcement cycles, the film adheres firmly to the pallet sides.
 
After the top sheet is placed, the film carriage begins wrapping from the bottom upward. The film overlaps the edges of the top sheet, locking it firmly in place. This continuous wrapping method ensures a tightly sealed protection layer.
