Automatic Pallet Logistics Strapping Machine-Through-the-Pallet Strapping Structure for Multiple Industries

2025 11/17

Higher requirements for pallet stability during transport
In industries such as export logistics, electronics, furniture, food & beverage, printing & paper, glass, and ceramics, palletized goods are transported and handled more frequently. Traditional manual strapping cannot maintain consistent tension, often resulting in loose or shifted loads.
To meet modern logistics standards, automatic pallet strapping systems have become essential for achieving stable, standardized, and efficient pallet securing.
Strapping Machine Wrapping Machine
Structural design: precise through-sword strapping path
The strapping machines adopts a through-sword mechanism that carries the strap through the pallet base to achieve a combined pallet-to-load binding structure. This ensures the strapping force is applied directly to the key contact points, enhancing overall load stability.
The conveyor section is typically set at 400–450 mm but can be adjusted based on layout requirements. The system supports automatic strap feeding, tensioning, welding, and cutting, with PLC-controlled switching between manual and automatic modes.
Strapping can be configured as two parallel straps or a cross pattern depending on load weight and transport conditions.
Operational control: standardized and easy to use
The machine offers manual/automatic switching options, with physical buttons for start, stop, emergency stop, and through-pass modes. Operators can adjust parameters conveniently according to on-site requirements.
Integrated with packaging lines: a key unit in pallet packaging
The automatic pallet logistics strapping machine can operate independently or be connected with stretch wrapping machines, top-sheet machines, conveyors, and weighing modules.
In a fully automated line, the pallet enters the strapping zone, is detected automatically, and the machine executes the strapping cycle without manual involvement. After strapping, pallets can move directly to wrapping or outbound areas, creating a continuous packaging flow suitable for medium to large factories.
Trend toward standardized and equipment-based pallet securing
Through-sword strapping provides a precise and secure binding structure for palletized loads. Combined with adjustable tensioning, heat-sealing, and automatic sensing functions, the machine meets the pallet-handling requirements of multiple industries and significantly improves packaging consistency while reducing manual labor.
