In food & beverage, chemical raw materials, building materials, and warehousing logistics, palletized goods often suffer from loosening, shifting, or unstable stacking during transportation. The machine consists of a sword mechanism, main strapping unit, tensioning system, and PLC control. The sword arm carries the strap through the bottom of the pallet and delivers it to the other side, enabling the main machine to complete tensioning, sealing, and cutting. Unlike outer-wrapping methods, this structure places the strap directly in the pallet’s core area, improving vertical and horizontal fixation force and reducing load displacement during transport.
Single-sword and dual-sword configurations are available based on pallet type, load weight, and production pace. The system typically uses PET or PP straps with adjustable tension to accommodate light, medium, and heavy pallet loads. Automatic sealing ensures strong joints and reduces strap breakage. Multiple strapping modes—single, double, or multi-loop—can be programmed according to load height and geometry.
 
Enhanced Consistency and Reliability
Precise tensioning avoids inconsistent tightness caused by manual strapping. The machine features automatic reset, fault detection, and sword-position monitoring to improve operational reliability. When integrated with conveyors, stretch wrappers, top-sheet applicators, and palletizing systems, it forms a complete automated packaging station.

A chemical powder manufacturer previously used manual and outer-loop strapping. Internal shifting occurred due to uneven tension. After integrating a dual-sword strapping machine into the existing conveyor line, each pallet automatically received two cross straps based on weight.
