The ring diameter, opening size, and speed can be customized based on product dimensions. Parameters are preset through a user-friendly HMI for one-touch automatic operation.
Automation: Pre-stretch Film & Constant Tension for Cost-Efficient Protection
Equipped with a pre-stretch film carriage, the film is stretched before wrapping to enhance strength and reduce consumption. PLC control enables precise adjustment of film tension, wrap count, and reinforcement layers at key positions such as the core and edges. This ensures consistent packaging performance while reducing both labor and material costs.
